Movement Together: Creating Kinder Classrooms

In-school sessions tackle problem-solving, anger, empathy, peer pressure, and alienation. Children find positive connections with each other in ways that simply feel like play. A kinder classroom is the goal, but the techniques help students respond to the stresses of daily life in healthy ways. This is critical for making schools kinder while teaching children about emotional intelligence, peace making, mindfulness, body awareness, and anti-bullying.
